Pros: The hotel and rooms are very clean, and the hot showers are excellent. The complimentary hot breakfast is also delicious. Improvements: It would be helpful if breakfast started a bit earlier. Additionally, be sure to review your invoice carefully after checkout. During our stay, we had small correction ; also we noticed three other families raising concerns about incorrect charges on their bills.

I had confirmation for 2 rooms for 1 night. But when we went at 1030pm, we were told they do not have any room available an d they got confirmation only one room. He just argued meaningless - network issue or you should have called us to reconfirm etc etc. Finally he gave us a suite and one of our family member had to sleep in extra bed on floor. Bathroom is very clean , bed also very clean.

The room wasn't clean and the service was subpar.

Booked a AC room, unfortunately the AC didn’t work and had hard time to sleep. The mattress was soggy and caused uncomfortable on top of it

Everything was great (spacious rooms, clean beds, hot water, room cleanliness) except the onsite restaurant is not that exciting. But there are many options nearby that you go to within half to 1KM

Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Easy access to Iskon temple, Kapileshwar area and Tirupati entrance.

Room was smelly. No hot water

The room we stayed had 2 queen beds, 4 adults can stay comfortably. Can easily get onto buses to Tirumala and also get off buses from Tirumala as this hotel is bang on the Alipiri road. The owner of the hotel and the staff are very courteous and friendly. The buffet breakfast every morning is amazing. Overall, we, as a family of four adults, had amazing stay at this hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel every time we visit Tirupati in the future.
