All good, good location and room facility. Staff is friendly and nice. Good food for morning breakfast, they even give you 2 key room.

I stayed here with my parents for 3 nights and came up with the following comments: *Strengths: 1. Central location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, near Vincom and the hospital. Easy to catch a taxi/grab to go everywhere. 40 minutes drive from the airport. 2. Spacious and fully equipped rooms. 3. Polite and helpful staff. 4. Diverse breakfast buffet, delicious or not depending on each person's taste. 5. The room is quite soundproof, except for when guests walk in the hallway during the day, they can still hear the sound in the room. *Weaknesses (in my opinion): 1. The hotel is not well ventilated, so the hallway and elevator have an unpleasant smell, especially in the morning when there is a buffet, it smells very bad. 2. The bathroom curtain is useless, you can still see inside clearly when you drop it down. If you are traveling with your parents or siblings, consider this. 3. The wooden floor creaks. 4. Holidays and weekends will often have large groups of guests, those who need privacy and quiet should consider.

Another great booking, after looking at many booking apps, Traveloka is always the cheapest, the support is very enthusiastic and professional. The Green Beach room is clean, very new, wooden floor. The receptionist is always ready to serve with a bright smile: welcome, press the elevator, help with carrying suitcases.. Asking the receptionist to check out late at 13:00 is also ok. The hotel is near the beach, about 2-3 feet walk, the beach is also clean, no trash. Personally, I don't find the buffet very diverse, but the menu changes constantly, addicted to the fresh buttered bread, fresh watermelon juice there 🤤
