Small hotel in a quiet area but close to everything you need........... Transpo, Food, Money Exchange Staff is great ! Always helpful with directions, info and whatever else

A fantastic stay at a charming place! Very neat and clean and cosy. Short walk to the main pedestrian street.

Nice hotel, nice room, exceptional staff. We were a group of 5 using 3 rooms & had to do some rearranging but they took care of everything.

It is a great hotel

The Art Rustic Hotel is a good place to stay. It’s clean, the people are friendly, and the breakfast was tasty. We hope to stay there again someday. Next time we’re in Chişinău, we will ask for a room that doesn’t face the street. The noise was horrible at night. But that’s not Art Rustic’s fault.

It was a great experience checking in and staying at Art Rustic. It's not in the busiest streets of Chisinau, but once you locate where it is, it's actually quite central. The room is spacious and really arty. The hotel's interior borders with kitsch, but it isn't - it's very nicely decorated. Breakfast is quite a treat! It's an amazing value for money and the owners will make you feel like at home. You will want to come back. And certainly much nicer than any of the standardised chain hotels.

Experience was outstanding, may be a three star hotel however the service was five star. Fromt desk was very helpful in all respects. The breakfast offered was okay, not great but good. More of a Continental Breakfast, light fare. Yet again the service was great. Small boutique hotel with 13 rooms which was nice, very quite. Only a 7 to 10 minute walk to City center.

Good value for money but the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Nice small hotel, big rooms, and at least my room had a tiny balcony. The bigger rooftop terrace has horrible plates blocking view and sunlight. Reception staff tend to regard the lobby as their personal space to some extent which can be regarded cozy or odd, depending on traveller's own attitude. I will stay there again soon.
