The hotel staff was extremely rude. You can request a single bed on the app, but upon arrival, you have to add 80,000 Rupiah to your booking. I had to add 50,000 Rupiah to my early check-in. The hotel staff and receptionist seemed to be trying to steal money from customers. Everything had to be charged extra. Nothing worked as per the app. No wonder the hotel was deserted, like a dead hotel. This was my first and last time staying here. I regretted it. I paid a lot for nothing, but I got nothing.

The city views are stunning, the service is friendly, and the rooms are aesthetically pleasing. It's close to Losari Beach and restaurants, and it's simply strategic.

Got 100,000 Rupiah in cash just a few minutes late. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels in Makassar, and this is the first time I've gotten cash. 🤭

The room, windows, floors, and furniture were dusty. Had to ask for cleaning upon check-in. The TV needed to be repaired before it could turn on. Mineral water was for sale. The TCL AC was cold, the water was strong but there was no hot water, only lukewarm water. The room design was unique. The door to the room's terrace was locked. The swimming pool was empty. The lobby was often dirty, visitors left trash on the table. If you notice, many of the young guests were wearing masks, which made it awkward. As a family, I initially felt like I had chosen the wrong hotel, but never mind. Close to the beach, you can also walk to eat banana eppe at night. Close to the supermarket too.

Clean and comfortable, close to Losari Beach

The room wasn't particularly clean, but it was decent. It was comfortable, but the room wasn't soundproof, haha.

The hotel is still sealed because someone died in the swimming pool downstairs so the horror atmosphere is still felt.

Not bad for a last-minute stay. Water runs smoothly, air conditioning is cool, and the bed is soft. Affordable.
