The place is clean, the service is good, book on traveloka cheaper

Sorry to choose this place. Luckily it's free from the office, it's also not possible to move money alone. First check-in can be a room that the AC is broken and the TV has no cable channels, aka just see the broken TV! Finally moved the complaint to move room, Dptlah a slightly better room, but dirty, when I found a draw in between the blanket. It's really bad.

Not disappointed. Strategic location, hotel is relatively new but smells of cigarettes.

Location is okay, rooms are new, price make sense.

Still new, downtown, cleanliness must be improved.

TV has no antenna so it cannot watch TV, water often does not come out because toren often runs out and receptionists are less friendly.

Because it's still new the TV doesn't turn on and there's no antenna and the guards don't smile. The others are clean because they are still new🙏 😊
