Actually, this is my 6th time here, but the last 2 times the service has been a bit disappointing. The room cleanliness is very minimal, smelly and full of cockroaches, I even asked to move rooms, but there was no hot water for showering.

The staff was okay, but honestly, it was dirty. There were tiny cockroaches in the room, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The bar was so noisy you could hear it from the first floor. It was noisy all night, a bit disturbing. At least the bar was soundproofed.

The room is noisy, I can't sleep because there's music until dawn, the closet is broken, the TV is broken, I wish the bed was clean... if I want peace, I can't stay here.

The staff are friendly, and if there is a club event, you can enter without joining because you just want to see the view from above, I hope it will always be like this.

Hotel for you know lah, lots of mosquitoes, limited cleanliness, dirty bathroom floor, hot water doesn't work. Entering the room there is no AC remote, only 1 towel, if just to rest then it's okay, but if you bring family, its a big NO.

At the beginning of check-in, the reception staff was good, started to be disappointed when entering the room, immediately greeted by cockroaches, stained sheets and blankets, and the room was not clean when reporting to the reception to ask to be moved to another room, they said all the rooms are the same, so they still didn't let me move and the room was only replaced with sheets and sprayed for cockroaches but not swept. when I wanted to lie down and watch TV, it turned out the TV couldn't be turned on, I informed the reception and the staff came to check, but there was no solution, instead they said that all rooms' TVs couldn't be turned on except for the Mito brand TV according to the staff who came. really fed up here. even though the first time I stayed here it was good, but this second time I was very disappointed. hopefully the management can pay more attention to the condition of the rooms and facilities.

It's according to the price. Only the bathroom facilities are incomplete. TV also can't. Hopefully in the future the facilities will be improved.
