The receptionist was angry, there were lots of cockroaches, the smart door couldn't be accessed, many of the rooms were not cleaned and were dirty.

The service is very good, that's why I love staying at this D'tonga hotel

All complaints are responded to quickly, the best in general, hopefully it can be a place to rest when you go to Medan

Actually, this is my 6th time here, but the last 2 times the service has been a bit disappointing. The room cleanliness is very minimal, smelly and full of cockroaches, I even asked to move rooms, but there was no hot water for showering.

The staff was okay, but honestly, it was dirty. There were tiny cockroaches in the room, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The bar was so noisy you could hear it from the first floor. It was noisy all night, a bit disturbing. At least the bar was soundproofed.

The room is noisy, I can't sleep because there's music until dawn, the closet is broken, the TV is broken, I wish the bed was clean... if I want peace, I can't stay here.

Hotel for you know lah, lots of mosquitoes, limited cleanliness, dirty bathroom floor, hot water doesn't work. Entering the room there is no AC remote, only 1 towel, if just to rest then it's okay, but if you bring family, its a big NO.

Cheap hotel and worth the facilities

The price is right, a little overwhelmed by the room door.
