Excellent service. Totally satisfied when stay here

1. Parking is a bit complicated, having to go upstairs to LT 7, especially on Saturdays or weekends when people are at the mall together, so it's congested. 2. The food menu has a wide variety... delicious. But unfortunately, for a 5-year-old child, my two children are still small, they were charged Rp 82,500, which I think is a bit expensive... while how much is a child, if only a little. 3. Clean place 4. The security guard at check-in was not very responsive, meaning they might be helpful to other people. 5. The swimming pool is great for kids.

Nice hotel, but parking is at P7, you have to do the parking lot tawaf first.

Very comfortable, perfect for visiting Gresik. Located in the city center, close to GressMall and the Transjatim bus stop, it's easily accessible by pedestrians. The facilities are also quite complete: Wi-Fi, gym, spa, swimming pool, laundry, etc. The room is quite soundproof (though you can still hear sounds from the room next door/above). The staff are all very helpful and friendly. It's worth it for those visiting Gresik or staying there.
