The window in the room had a crack in it, the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed ever, you could feel the dirt on your feet and made your feet black. The continental breakfast had nothing as they told us the supplier didn’t show up that morning, staff didn’t really care

Breakfast consisted of cereal, coffee, juice, and a few pieces of fruit. Hardly see lobby person

Excellent Service

Excellent location, accessible prices, not a very good breakfast and parking is $15 per day and it’s a little far from the hotel main entrance. Staff is friendly although we did have to wait around 30 mins for staff to come to the desk when we checked in.

The room could use a better cleaning….mold in the cracks around the shower and on the faucets. One of the lamps in the room didn’t work. Was told I had a kitchenette, and I didn’t. No microwave and then it should have been a hot tub as in jacuzzi but it was just a tub that leaked when you would fill it up. U had to turn the shower head on for it not to leak. Also tub needed to be cleaned. The bed was ok and the view was amazing.

Beds are very hard. Not enough pillows and the bathroom floor was dirty.

The room that I stayed in was not clean. One day there was actually a roach crawling up the wall. Thankfully, my bags were nowhere near that wall, but it was disconcerting. My room was only cleaned, once during my three night stay. The sliding glass door would not lock on the balcony thankfully I was on a high floor, but it made my sleep patterns erratic because I did not feel safe.

Check-in was at 3pm and they left me waiting for two hours because they didn't have a room available due to lack of staff. After my arrival, several more people arrived and everyone was given their room. The service was poor, they didn't offer me alternatives, they weren't friendly, they just couldn't do anything. The next day they didn't clean my room, I had to go down to the lobby to ask for towels and the answer was that they didn't have housekeeping. Very limited breakfast.
