I stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found it generally fine. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and warm, which made check in and daily interactions pleasant. We spent three wonderful nights at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali. My kids absolutely loved the pool area—there were plenty of options in the waterpark to keep them entertained. During check-in, the front desk staff thoughtfully recommended a twin bed setup that would be more suitable for children. They even merged the beds, creating a space larger than a king-size bed, which was perfect for our stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary chocolate snacks served daily from 4 to 5 PM—such a delightful treat! At check-out, I realized my kids’ swimsuits were left hanging on the balcony. I contacted the hotel, and they were incredibly helpful in arranging the delivery. Their service was prompt and professional, which made a great impression. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and excellent hospitality.

The main point of this hotel is its location, it is also connected to a small shopping center. So if you are lazy to go anywhere but don't want to eat at the hotel, you can go next door. The biggest minus point is the breakfast, in fact, if I come back I probably won't order breakfast, it's better to go to the coffee shop/restaurant next door or just look for a typical Balinese breakfast outside. Choose your room carefully, it's safest to get one with a pool view (especially the deluxe type), because if you don't get a view of the building next door, the view is not really right 😅 Every afternoon there is chocolate hour, the kids really like it, the older ones are also happy to be able to eat chocolate, marshmallows, snacks. Overall, it's actually worth it for the price

Clean hotel, good food and strategic location

The hotel is really created for family. The activity, the food, and all the stuff are specially made for family. I brought my 1 year old daughter here and she loves the kids club, kids corner in breakfast time, the pool was utterly perfect

The breakfast menu is not very varied for a hotel restaurant at the price of a Movenpick, because the number of guests is very large, it seems that the staff also does not pay much attention to the tables available inside the restaurant.
