The new hotel has a really nice view. I didn't expect the inside to be this nice even though from the front it's just a restaurant. Yesterday I got an affordable price during the long weekend. Hopefully the price won't go up soon. All the staff are friendly and responsive.

the place is nice, if you want to eat you don't have to look for anything, there are 3 restaurants in the location: amen, Sundanese cuisine and dimsum... nice view

The hotel is okay, clean, standard for this price. And because it's still new so it's still clean. Plus point is the location behind the restaurant so there are many food options. But for the hot shower the water is not stable and becomes too hot and if moved it immediately gets cold again.

The location is on the side of the road, easy to find, the hotel is still new, some areas are still under construction, the rooms are spacious, the furniture is minimalist, clean, the staff are friendly, on Traveloka the information is that the check-in deadline is 9 o'clock, but the hotel chat will check in late and it is still allowed, I recommend this hotel if you want to go on vacation to Puncak 👍🏼

The room is very nice. The family suite is great but there is no view. Clean. The AC is cold. Great, the kids love it. Try having dinner at the Sundanese restaurant, it's really good. I will come back if there is a discount.

The hotel is still very new, the swimming pool is a bit deep for toddlers & the water is cold, there is no warm water pool, there is no elevator, so it is okay to bring your belongings if the room is on the top floor. There are not many officers yet, hopefully it will be better in the future.

Check out time is too close at 11 am which is usually 12 pm in other hotels. The service is ok. The price with the facilities is not ok.
