The service is okay, but I suggest that if possible, mineral water be provided for 2 people because there are 2 guests and there should be a dispenser facility outside the room considering that the hotel is far from shops and eating places or an electric kettle in the room. For the rest, it's good, thank you for the service.

In my past two stays, the TV didn’t work properly and had to be fixed first. Other than that, everything was fine. The room was comfortable, clean, and private.

Loji Kuningan is really aesthetic and comfortable, I felt at home right away. Ambiance/Facilities: The vibe is cozy and the facilities are good, though the AC takes a while to cool down and the towels don’t absorb water very well. Food: Meals aren’t included, but they provide a microwave, fridge, and plates, which is super handy if you bring your own food. Staff Assistance: The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even nicer. Highlights: The aesthetic design creates a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for resting. Price: Worth the price for the comfort and vibe. Location: Easy to get around, with convenient access to nearby places. Just a small note, the bedsheets could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly as they felt a little dusty. Other than that, everything was fine and I really enjoyed my stay.

Great place for lodge in the middle of the city, strategic location

Even though we said there were two people staying, we were still only given one towel. There were no amenities (soap, toothbrush, etc.). The wall in front of the toilet where we sat had brown stains all the way up. The bedcover only covered half of the body. Because the furniture was wooden and quite heavy, if someone moved a chair in the room above, the sound was loud.
