Located right next to Aeon BSD Mall. Comfortable stay although the bed was rather hard. Breakfast was decent with an extensive Indonesian spread.

Friendly staff and good breakfast

I had booked well in advance and had noted the 3rd-4th floor, but when I arrived to check in at 4:00 PM WIB, the receptionist said the rooms were full on those floors and the 9th floor was ready. I had to wait 15-30 minutes. I asked for a lower floor because I have a fear of heights, she said there was a 6th floor but I had to wait 1 hour because the room was not ready yet, citing Eid. It was really disappointing considering I came home from Bandung at 7 AM and arrived at the hotel at 4 PM, and even then I still had to wait 1 hour, how tiring...

Thank you for the service, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and thank you to Kak Raj's FDA for decorating our room.

The breakfast food is too monotonous, 90% of the time the same thing: chicken, fish, fried noodles/spaghetti. I'd love to see some variety... I'm still hoping padel will be a free option for hotel guests.

Great location for my purposes, walking distance to the AEON mall which has everything you might need. The hotel itself was clean, service was good. There were interesting facilities which I didn't use this trip, but will consider for my next trip.

It was a good experience. Everyone is polite, the breakfast is good. Although there was a pipe leakage happening in the toilet, they were able to fix it within 10 min. Overall, it is good.

I booked a room at Mercure through the app because I was attracted by the amenities displayed, particularly the long sofa in the room. However, upon check-in, the room I was given did not match the photos (the sofa was different, there was only a single sofa, and there were pillars that made the room feel cramped). When I confirmed with the receptionist, I was told that the room was "a matter of luck," without any apology. I was disappointed because I was simply asking for what I was entitled to, as stated in the app. As a guest, I felt this did not reflect international hotel hospitality standards. Although the room was eventually changed to the one I had booked, the process took approximately 30 minutes, and I had to wait standing without a clear explanation. This was a very disappointing experience and not commensurate with Mercure's price and reputation.

Check in was made to wait 2 hours from the normal check in time even though it had been booked 2 weeks in advance, there should not be a late check out for a room that has been booked long ago, especially if the booking has already arrived. The swimming pool is very narrow, giving the impression of a cheap inn, the padel court should be replaced by expanding the swimming pool, the swimming pool is much more useful for those staying, the breakfast food is very bland on all menus, maybe the chef is a former hospital chef.

For breakfast, you need to pay attention to the quality and variety of the food.
