The hotel is dirty, no towels, no soap. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room with a small mattress even though I ordered a large one,

-Bed mattresses and pillows smell like used people's slobber, like they haven't been replaced or cleaned. -The room doesn't have a key, you only use nails from the inside, so if you want to leave the room can't be locked.

The rooms are super dirty and dirty. There are still traces of garbage, there are plastic presses, there are cockroaches. Dead water has been called oyo given the reception number but the number is incomplete, how come? How come this. I've stayed here before, after joining OYO, it was very different, the more dilapidated there were sperm marks on the mattress.
