For Service Apartment, the corridor needs to be improved, because for that price, the corridor is like a middle-class apartment. The smell in the corridor is also unpleasant (like the smell of incense). The room perfume in the room also needs to be changed. The amenities are not like a 3-star hotel. The restaurant is small and the AC is not cold enough.

friendly and cooperative staff. when checking out, it turned out that there was something left behind and it was immediately informed and delivered. unfortunately the food was lacking in taste, and there was not much variety. the cooking utensils were also incomplete, it would be better to add a magic com and steamer.

good facilities, good rooms, the room's AC is not too cold but still safe, city light view, friendly staff, but to get a room on the top floor you have to wait 1 hour 15 minutes from the check-in time, so in my opinion it's a bit of a waste of time in the lobby, while check-out is at 12 noon, but check-in is at 3 pm plus you have to wait 1 hour 15 minutes, but other than waiting, everything else is okay, thank you

The apartment is quite spacious (3 rooms) and comfortable for families with children, there is a kitchen and drinking water available (in a dispenser), there is a mini market too.

The best location, front of Pasar Segar, the great swimming pol outdoor and indoor. A lot things we can do around of apartment. Definitely will come again for stay cation. Thank you

The staff very friendly and the view is good

very comfortable and satisfied staying here...we took a 2 bedroom room. the hotel room facilities are very complete. the view is cool. the swimming pool is the best, spacious and the view is good plus the view of the planes passing right above the hotel is even cooler. the check in / out process is fast. free parking. breakfast with a varied menu and all delicious. highly recommended to stay here.

Okay for a family vacation, but access is a bit complicated if you're not used to the apartment environment.

Good service, location close to the airport

We enjoyed staying in 2BR apartment at Oakwood PIK for our 2nd time for 7nights. The apartment looks new and great. The reception staffs are great and housekeeping very helpful and responsive. Suggestion for improvement:- Make sure cleaner to mop the floor clean.- Check all of the cutlery are complete for number of people. We only got 2 coffee cups and 2 glass tumbler for 4 people.- Please fix cabinetry door, some of the hinges need fixing.- Safety deposit box need check and fixing we cannot use it.- Make sure shower and toilet clean and free of moulds. We will comeback soon.
