The hotel staff was friendly, but the cashier was a bit difficult when there were a lot of people, perhaps because there were only a few staff, but it was safe, and the wait wasn't long. At check-in, the receptionist wasn't paying attention. I had already lined up and waited, but someone who arrived after me was served first. Overall, the room was comfortable for a family with two children. Unfortunately, the TV couldn't be watched, as there was no signal. The location is close to Singkawang Grand Mall, just a short walk away.

The room wasn't soundproof. Even so, it was still noisy, laughing and talking in the middle of the night. Bringing a baby along made it fussy because it disturbed their sleep. The bathroom was dirty.

I chose a hotel just because it was too late. I really just wanted to sleep and take a shower, the room smelled of smoke, and the curtains weren't clean 🤦
