Good food. Making dinner reservations was a pain, but necessary if you wanted a particular restaurant. I went with two adult children (18 & 23).

The resort was stunning with a truly exceptional service! The staff was very warm, friendly and attentive. Among the team, Esneimer and Paola stood out as our favorite. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience even more memorable!

Everything is in close range. Could upgrade the Casino. Room was great but smelt humid. Overall 9/10

My second time here, I really like it, the food is good for all inclusive, specially at “the valley”. It’s clean, staff is nice and professional. I’ll probably come back another time eventually!

Absolutely beautiful

Very clean rooms. Food was great for an all inclusive. Especially the Italian. Coffee shop was my go to in the mornings. The grounds were immaculate , staff was on point … it helped to have my Spanish speaking friend with us. The only negative (but wasn’t bad) was the boats parked in the water. Spoiled the view.

It’s nice an clean property, staff are nice but they don’t speak English, and usually they more friendly with Spanish speakers residents

Beautiful property with great amenities. Our concierge Jimmy was excellent and arranged our dinner reservations and had a birthday cake sent as well. I highly recommend this place!

We asked for an upgrade to adult only section, they charged us extra and said that would cover premium alcohol and adult only area access. 30 min later at the dinner we learned from the waiter that this upgrade is useless, there is no premium alcohol covered under this “upgrade”, no access to adult section, NOTHING !!! They made us loose 3 more hours talking to different people to get a refund, all are useless, disputing the transaction now and not coming back to this hotel ever again!!!

The ocean and pool view were amazing and it was quiet where we were.
