Staff were accommodating

The shower drain was clogged. The water didn't flow and it was dirty. The electricity in my room was out so I asked for it to be fixed but they said it wouldn't be fixed until the next day I was in trouble so I asked if I could change rooms, but they said it was not possible as they were fully booked. I checked the website and the room was available. I realized this was a lie, so I asked for a refund and was given a different room. This is the worst reaction I have ever experienced.

Deuxième séjour dans le même établissement : tout simplement convaincu qu'il fallait y revenir !

Le personnel de l'établissement est accueillant et est très disponible pour les services de commodité divers. L'hôtel est très propre (!) et est situé proche des administrations centrales et diverses boutiques de nécessité Merci

RAS. En plus il y a supermarché au pied de l hotel
