Clean room comfy bed

This hotel is spotless. Great service and loads of parking options. I would recommend yo anyone.

Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food was excellent. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable.

Everything was awsome

There were wires that were sticking out of the bed that cut open my husbands leg. The hot tub was over the proper temperature and cause our boys to get blisters. We reported the issues and never got any resolution.

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with nice sitting area. Nice breakfast in pretty restaurant area. Secured underground parking. Friendly staff. All around great value stay.

I always stay here when I travel. Clean rooms, kind front desk staff, nice beds & great sleeps.

Terrible service. There is no room service, you need to get everything yourself. Only 2 washers for that whole building, both washers worked but 1 dryer was broken & also they have no dollars to offer for the washers at front desk. And they’re not very friendly at receptionist. Though the housekeepers were really nice!

Clean rooms but a bit out of the way. Not near lake or downtown

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was excellent- only $11 for full buffet. The room was very spacious and very clean.
