Extremely courteous staff. Very helpful. Also the breakfast at the restaurant was very nice, pricy, but nice with great service. The hotel was located near the beach, aquarium and city center.

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing staff that were extremely friendly and attentive. Hotel Arbaso is conveniently situated 10 minutes (walk) from Old Towne. The cathedral views from the Premium Room in particular were amazing. The decor and amenities in the room (bidet, his and hers sink, Marshall bluetooth speaker) were very well thought out. I especially loved the shower. 10/10 will stay again next time I'm in San Sebastian.

We had a great 2 night stay. The hotel is centrally located and you can walk to all of the neighborhoods and sights of San Sebastián. It’s a 5 minute walk from the bus station. The staff were really nice and helpful. It’s a newly built hotel and the rooms are state of the art. The toilet includes a remote controlled bidet which I’ve never seen before. It also has a light that illuminates in the dark that allows you to find the toilet in the middle of the night - the first time I’ve ever seen that! The mini-fridge is stocked with free drinks which is a great perk. The rooms are clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff was absolutely and the food was terrific. I just loved the way they made the cafe con leche!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff amazing but read the small print. There are building works in the adjoining building and the hammering starts at 8_30. We were given a partial refund but it still didn’t compensate.

Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions, beach, old city and Pincho bars. The staff were amazing, and helped us figure out what tours to take and they even made all the reservations for us on line. The restaurant at the hotel Narru was also excellent and so convenient. Great menu and wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely rebook Arbaso if I revisit San Sebastián again.

For the price, there were unfortunately minimal amenities, lots of noise and dust due to nearby construction, and a weird sewage smell.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating, and the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the excellent room service from the fantastic hotel restaurant. The location was perfect — close to many shops and restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful inside the room despite nearby street traffic. I’d be happy to stay here again if I return to San Sebastián.
