Everything was seamless from start to finish. Would stay again!

The rooms were not clean. The property itself could use a good deep clean. The bathroom was honestly the worst part. There was no divider between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so the water went EVERYWHERE!!! Extra towels were so soaked after every shower. Everything was wet in the bathroom. Very unpleasant.

Patio door wouldn't lock on the bottom latch. Called them to let them know. Prompt service but couldn't get it fixed. Top of door was latched, so it was fine. Didn't feel unsafe. AC works great. Might recommend having more than just 2 of everything, ie. plates, spoons, forks, cups. Overall place was very nice.

Stayed here during a girls trip and at first it seemed nice but once we got settled in we noticed all of the things that made this place not worth it. The kitchen baseboards were falling apart, the utensils were dirty and the small stove was dirty as well. The shower needs a good deep cleaning and the couch had a stain on it. Property was not cleaned on a daily basis there was a mess in the lobby for several days. The patio and the furniture outside was dirty. The chairs near the pool were not clean. Tv did not work we were able to turn it on once but did not turn on again. Also the WiFi sucks was barely able to get 2 bars if I was lucky. It could be a nice place if it was cleaned properly on a daily basis but it clearly is not.

It had all the necessary amenities. Air conditioning was perfect, especially on very hot days.

The room was very clean! It was in walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, food truck, street library (free books), etc. I would definitely recommend.

It was a nice stay- great area with lots to do! And nice back yard area to relax and have coffee by the pool

This was a great location for our short two night stay. Having only one key was not convenient, the lock box was difficult to open;, if you are in a group that doesn’t come and go together it’s annoying!!! Also, the pool is small, it’s a plunge pool only (the pictures make it look bigger), but good for a quick soak after a long day. This is a great apartment if you are only sleeping there, common areas are not comfortable for a large group and the kitchen has the bare minimum! I bought and donated a wine tool ha! We had a great last minute stay, the price was good, location was good (four blocks from a beach access, one block from a grocery store and super convenient for Ubers all around San Juan).

I read the reviews beforehand and, unfortunately, they were accurate. When we arrived, the room was not clean—the bathroom in particular had hair around the toilet, which was very off-putting. There was a strong air freshener plugged in, and once I removed it, the bathroom smelled like urine. Additionally, the TV and Wi-Fi were not working, which was inconvenient. The room was also very dark, and we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, making it feel even more closed in. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and could definitely use improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

Comfortable apartment, very well located near beaches and parks and shopping. Friendly and hospitable staff. We’d love to return and stay here again next time.

We had a great stay here in the two family bedroom apartment! I really loved the kitchen area, the secure gates, and the blasting AC. The apartment was in the perfect area for walking, Uber, and essentials. Grocery store is around the corner and the gym is a 15 minute walk! We would definitely stay again.

Stayed here from Wednesday to Sunday in late March. I will say most reviews that I read prior to going were spot on. Do not go here expecting a front desk and staff on premises. It is an apartment building as listed and not a hotel. We arrived early as I had informed them we would. Codes to building worked so that was great, but we had no idea where to go. Only staff you will find are the cleaning people who were helpful. They took our bags and the one very nice young woman offered to get our apartment done early so we could get in early. Huge positive! 1BR apartment was cute although the sitting room/kitchenette area are kinda a waste. Couch but no tv in that room so we didn’t even use it. Very clean. AC was great! Always nice and cold! Balcony was nice to sit on. Love where it is located. Easy walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants close by. Uber was always less than 5 min wait when we used. Pool is a small jacuzzi size but we knew that. Nice outside area to sit and relax but we stuck to our balcony. The not so good: When I asked for clean towels I was informed that unless we were there a week, we either had to wash ourselves using washer on site or pay (apartment not a hotel). Not a huge deal but be aware. Tv - internet is ok at best. Works sometimes and doesn’t others. Signal was strong but don’t think it’s meant for so many devices at once. When internet is down, tv is down. Overall it’s a great spot and would stay again!

Bottom sheet on bed was not made. Shades need to be replaced in the bathroom.
