The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. This is an older hotel that has not been well maintained. The cleanliness level left much to be desired but our bed was clean and we were just there to sleep. One thing that should be remedied asap is the missing smoke alarm in the room.

The place was dusty. The floors were not very clean. The corners of the floors especially in the bathroom had dirt caked in them. The walls had stains on them. The shower head was leaking where it attached to the pipe and the wall around it was stained and peeling. Even the walls in the entrance hallway were starting to peel. The only bright spot were the people at the front desk. They were very pleasant. I will never stay at another Red Roof if this is how these properties are cared for.

The online photos were much nicer but misleading once we arrived and checked into the room. The overall condition of the hotel’s common areas was lacking. The room was a mix of old furniture and updated repairs. The room smelled okay but there were stains in the carpets and walls.

The bathroom vent was missing and the wires were just hanging. Stains on the sheets, TV was fuzzy liken i was back in the 80's. The door had pieces of wood missing like someone had kicked the door in, terrible odora throughtout the hallway and stains on the mattress

We did not stay at this property. They also won’t answer the phones to Expedia to process a refund. There was a dead roach on the floor, part of a dead roach body on the bed, the door to the bathroom was stitched together by several screws down the side that we’re not even holding the door together. The walls were visibly dirty. The room smelled of cigarette smoke despite requesting a non-smoking facility. Andrea at the front desk was very kind, very sympathetic, even gave us a print out stating that she authorized a refund, with her signature, but nevertheless, Expedia won’t grant it because they haven’t been able to make contact with the hotel to confirm. I’m a pretty patient and understanding person. I absolutely understand that not every place is going to be for everybody, but when you do not stay at a facility because it is presented in an unsanitary fashion, you should absolutely be able to get a full refund! That is all I want. I paid for a room that I was unable to stay in and therefore, should not have to pay for the room that I was unable to stay in.

Floors needed to be cleaned, especially around the edges, and there were a spill of something on the floor. Prefer cleaning or making bed every day or at least every other day. Clean towels each day. Staff was friendly.

Property was listed as good. This was far from good. Pool filled in with rock. Generally dirty and smelly. Unsecured doors and faulty switches and missing fixture plates. This hotel was far from good. I would never stay here again and want my money back. It has been a full week and I have not received my deposit back.

The outside of the building is a wreck. The lobby is new and the front desk clerk was great. The biggest problem was the condition of the building, very run down, and the cleanliness. When I went in the bathroom, there was something nasty all over the wall where your knees would be when sitting on the toilet. I don’t believe for one minute a cleaner couldn’t see it. I used hot water and a washcloth and wiped down the walls. I could have forgiven everything except that nastiness.

The staff was all friendly but that was the only upside of this hotel. The first room was check into the window was broken and there were very badly patched up holes in the doors The 2nd room we got didn't have a cover on the bathroom outlet, which the front desk person fixed right away. But even with fixing that there was still another cable that was exposed next to the TV, the ironing board was disgusting, one of the comforters had a stain that we couldn't tell if it was blood or hot sauce (praying it was hot sauce) and the comforter on the other bed had a hole in it. The fan in the bathroom was unplugged and without a cover on. And I'm pretty sure they only have 1 person on staff at a time because the lady that checked us in said she was also maintenance and said she had to do laundry so pretty sure she was the house keeper as well. The website claims they have free breakfast but all they have are vending machines if you count that DO NOT stay here. I wish I could get a refund because this place is not worth what we paid for
