A clean modern hotel located in the center of town. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

It’s alright; it’s more like motel to hotel in between level.

Hotel was nice and nicely located close to lots of food options as well as a shopping mall. We were easily able to take a taxi anywhere, including the local market. Staff was very polite and there was even a decent breakfast buffet were my father was able to get his "eggs and bacon". The room was spacious and downstairs cafe had a latte machine that offered many options.

I'm not recommended this place. Very pricey than other places lack of amenities. Staff was not friendly if I want to early check in, I have to pay extra fee. They didn't mention it. I was embarrassed.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was excellent.

Great stay in wonju! Central location and fabulous staff. Very courteous and helpful. Nice room, very clean. Bed a little hard but common for Asia.

It was in good condition and the staff were friendly. However the area was a little loud with lots of people on the streets.

Had a lovely stay at the Orchid Hotel -- front desk staff were attentive and spoke English, the room was quiet, the bed was comfy, the shower was spacious and not a "wet room" situation, and the toilet had all the bells and whistles. One odd fluke was that the rooftop seemed to basically be for pool users only, possibly just at this time for COVID -- we were able to have a look at the view from the rooftop but couldn't sit at one of the tables. In any case, I believe we could have stayed if we had bought something from the rooftop bar! The bakery on the ground floor looked really nice, but we didn't have a chance to try it. If and when I come back to Wonju, I'll absolutely stay at Orchid Hotel again.

Parking lot is too small... I parked my car on the street. This is the only uncomfortable thing.

The room itself and the amenities were quite nice. Everything I could need. Staff were friendly and informative, non intrustive, and check out was quick. Room layout was great and convenient. Good location. When I travel to Wonju I am likely to stay there again.

brand new facillity at good location. however, no hot water available for some time after check-in. I guess the hotel needs some calibration before it perfects its condition!
