Room was bigger than expected even if disappointed with the view of it, staff were very helpful and easy to talk to, everyone is welcoming and down to help at any moment.

Hotel rooms and bathroom are dated. Shower and bathroom are in poor condition. Property is dated. Staff are either extremely helpful or extremely useless. There is a significant training issue. A mixed experience overall. Pound music from a function late into the evening.

I'll stay again.

There were trash in the trash bins. The toilet is up against the glass partitioning of the shower. I could sit straight on the toilet, I had to sit side way, because there was no room for legs to fit between the toilet and the shower glass. There were no cups in the room for drinking coffee or tea. Only one big towel. No wash towels. The liquid soap and shampoo were empty.

The front desk staff could definitely do a better job when it comes to hospitality, especially the late night team. They are never willing to assist with the basic guest request.

Great customer service. They are great with people, they always go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are meet. Felt at home right away. Management are always interacting with guest making sure all your needs are met. Mr. Sow and Mr. Shing are amazing. I will definitely recommend Atlantic to friends and family.
