Good, clean, everything is ok, each floor has its own swimming pool, nice view

The staff is cheerful, friendly, flexible in solving problems, and enthusiastically supports customers. Delicious food, a variety of Asian and European dishes. Great view; spacious, airy room, with a bed for a small child (5 years old). The family is very satisfied with the vacation here, will come back soon. Thanks everyone.

Spacious studio room, with electric stove, microwave, sink, fully equipped, beautiful and impressive view of the swimming pool overlooking the sea Disadvantages: the swimming pool is cloudy because no one cleans it, the drain has a very strong smell, my family and I all felt uncomfortable having to endure the smell for the three days we stayed here, I might come back to this hotel if I didn't have to go through the haunting smell of the drain huhu

The location is perfect to enjoy the ocean atmosphere and seafood.

Inconvenient to park in a private lot and then walk back to the hotel. The staff is quite friendly, the breakfast buffet is okay, the taste is a bit bland compared to Vietnamese taste. The room is nice and fragrant. Will come back next time.

Great room very nice facilities good hygiene

The room was not as booked. The view did not match the advertised photos.

The room was clean, the location was right next to the Xom Luoi market so there was a bit of traffic jam in the morning, but overall it was ok. I appreciated the hotel's problem handling. They didn't shirk responsibility but handled the problem very professionally. If there is a next time, I will stay at the hotel again, and hope to not have the same problem as before.

The receptionist is not very good, the restaurant staff rarely have to wait long for orders at night. However, the spa staff is very enthusiastic and has very good techniques, will come back next time
