Cute hotel with a great central location. Staff were so helpful with our questions and also accommodated us with an earlier breakfast when we had a tour in the morning.

In the heart of the city. Very convenient for walking and close to tour departure points. Friendly, helpful staff with dining suggestions. They also arranged our 7 am taxi to the airport. Excellent English. Will stay there next time. We loved Sarajevo. Fascinating recent history and very affordable.

The property is fine for a night. It’s a good location near the main center of Sarajevo. The staff was great, but the room was very dingy, the shower was pretty rough and the holder for the shower head was so incredibly high on the wall there was no way to rinse off without getting your hair wet. The front desk does depart overnight, which also feels a bit odd to have no staff, just guests overnight.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and attentive and spoke a range of languages excellently. Nothing was too much trouble and shared recommendations on local amenities and restaurants and activities. The staff made such a difference to our stay in Sarajevo. The building and location was lovely and so close to the everything in the old town. Fantastic in every way and thank you to all the staff.

Very clean, convenient, comfortable hotel

It was a great location. Everyone was locely but give the woman working the kitchen and the rooms a raise. She was so lovely and made me smile.

I had a great stay very close to old town Sarajevo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, including calling taxis and offering restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast offers a good assortment of options. The only negative was that the rooms are not well soundproofed, so you can hear guests in neighboring rooms. Aside from that, a really good value for money, clean accommodation close to old town, and really friendly staff.

This was a fantastic boutique hotel very close to the sacred heart cathedral and old town. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were amazing. So helpful in arranging a taxi to collect us from the airport to helping us with our luggage. They also changed the breakfast time on our last day to accommodate our early departure. Really couldn’t do enough for us. This hotel has no lift. So access to the rooms are by stairs so would not be suitable for anyone with severe mobility issues.

They cant do enough for you, very friendly and knowledgeable hosts, great location, sarajevo is a must visit

We enjoyed our stay very much, reception and breakfast staff was extremely friendly and supportive, rooms were so clean and warm during snowy weather conditions, it is just 5 minutes walking distance to bascarsi area, highly recommended hotel for its price

All hotel staffs are welcoming, friendly & helpful. Hotel cook is accommodating, she will try to cook anything you request fot. Hotel is build in heritage building so no lift. Be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs similar most small chain hotels in Europe

Amazing hotel for what it is. Not luxurious but very comfortable. Just a short walk from the old city. The front desk was attentive and went over and above to ensure my needs were met. The breakfast was also really good.

It is a small but friendly hotel. The front desk people are top notch.
