The area leading to the room is very shabby, as it passes through the kitchen and laundry room. This isn't a hotel, but rather a regular inn or homestay.

Initially, I got a room that wasn't clean and the receptionist didn't allow me to move rooms, but after arguing with the hotel via WhatsApp, they allowed me to move rooms, so I felt comfortable with the service.

Great place at Merauke.. we want to spend more if we stay in Merauke.

Everything was absolutely perfect. I was a bit surprised by the access to the room, as it was located through a small, dimly lit street. However, it was acceptable, as the room rates were very affordable for travelers. I highly recommend this hotel. Hopefully, it will continue to be maintained.

Nice place for stay in Merauke

We enjoyed our stay here at your hotel. The room was spacious, they clean the room everyday dan free water to drink. The food for breakfast was super!! Thank you, Grand Mandala Hotel. Will definitely come back.

Cheap and cheerful yet satisfying, feels like it's in the middle of the city so it's easy to access anywhere.
