The landlady was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and airy. The only downside was that the hot and cold water system wasn't very good.

Good accommodation, not expensive, close to tourist attractions, can walk there. The room is okay, clean. If anyone comes to Hoi An, I recommend it.

The uncles and aunties here are very friendly. The room is right next to the night market, which is very convenient. However, the house and surrounding houses are under renovation so it is very noisy.

When we came to Danang, we forgot our things at the hotel. The hotel arranged to send it to you. Very cute. Anyone looking for a hotel, we recommend it 🥹☺️

So với phòng của khách sạn khác ở Đà Nẵng với giá 1tr2 cho một đêm, mình ở đây 2 đêm, thì giá phòng 800k một đêm ở Q Villa theo mình là đắt, không khác gì nhà nghỉ 300 400 ngoài Hà Nội. Phòng mình cũng gọi là view ban công nhưng là phía sau nhà nên nhìn không được đẹp. Tiện nghi cũng chẳng có gì nổi bật. Cái được nhất là gần chợ đêm. Sẽ không quay lại và không giới thiệu bạn bè đến đây.
