The staff was quite quick to help even though it was only via WhatsApp. Please improve the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was very dirty. There was still a lot of hair left by previous guests in the room. The kitchen utensils were not very clean.

the staff is very helpful for the checking in and out. the place is connected to the mall, you'll get acess key to go to the mall directly. the facility is quite complete, but dont forget to bring your own amenities, since they wont provide any shampoo and soap.
