the staff is very helpful for the checking in and out. the place is connected to the mall, you'll get acess key to go to the mall directly. the facility is quite complete, but dont forget to bring your own amenities, since they wont provide any shampoo and soap.

Strategic location, luxurious apartment lobby, swimming pool, and gym are okay. However, the room I stayed in was not very clean, dusty. There are no amenities. There are plenty of dining options because it's connected to a mall. The mall itself is very pleasant and luxurious. Room owners, please pay attention to cleanliness.

the TV doesn't work if you want to access YouTube you have to log in first using our account. The AC is leaking and dripping. Should the sheets be changed? My friend and I are itching to sleep 🥹 otherwise everything is ok

The hot water dispenser is not working, the walls of the rooms are peeling.

The room is clean, according to the picture, can directly access the mall, there is a swimming pool too, making the holiday enjoyable.

I booked a room here because my previous booking was not contacted until 3 pm, and not long after I booked, I was immediately connected to the roomboy. Check out and check in were very fast. The room was very nice and quite comfortable. Will definitely choose this place again if you want to staycation at Pakuwon Mall.
