Enjoying the Dalat experience with an amazing view and a spacious, clean room.

My experience at this hotel was truly unsatisfactory. First, there was the issue with car rental. I had initially arranged to rent a car for the following morning and agreed on a specific price. However, the next morning, the hotel informed me that there were no cars available for rent. What's even worse is that there was no clear apology; instead, there was a lot of shifting of responsibility between the reception staff on different shifts. Later, the hotel helped me contact an outside car rental company, but showed no willingness to cover the price difference. Furthermore, the rental time calculation wasn't clearly explained from the start. I rented a car from 10 AM today to 10 AM tomorrow, but was charged for a day and a half without any prior explanation. The next problem was the laundry service. When I brought down my laundry, I submitted two socks, but only received one. I complained to the reception, but both the reception and the laundry staff insisted from the beginning that they only received one sock and said they had checked the security camera footage. However, the matter was not resolved clearly; the explanations were evasive and did not lead to a concrete conclusion. When I asked about the final solution, the reception staff became inappropriate and only asked how much the sock cost to compensate for the difference, without offering any apology. Both the reception staff and the laundry staff displayed unprofessional behavior. I hope the hotel will improve its work procedures and service attitude to avoid similar unpleasant experiences for future guests.

It's suitable for the price, but the bathroom/toilet is too small.

The room was very clean. The hot water system was great. The room was closed so even if it was foggy outside, the room was still very warm so I slept very well. The staff were very enthusiastic. I will come back if I have the chance.

I went with my family and booked 2 VIP rooms. 1 room with a nice view will be a bit sunny, and the room with a view overlooking the house next door will be less sunny and colder. The hotel has parking, near the center, the hotel has 2 fronts so there are 2 very convenient entrances. The downside is that the toilet drains a bit slowly. I read about the bed sheets in previous reviews. It was quite confusing. But before arriving, the receptionist told me not to wear makeup, put my suitcase on the bed and make it dirty or there would be an extra charge (I found it very decent and polite). When checking in, the bed sheets had a few light ink stains. I was afraid that the hotel would set it up like the previous reviews said, but when checking out, I was not overcharged or asked to pay for the bed sheets. Those people must have made it really dirty for the hotel to charge me like that. So you guys should boldly book the hotel. I think everything is ok.

The bed smelled musty, the curtains were dirty with mold stains and a bad smell. The soundproofing was very poor. The hotel staff cleaned the room carelessly, using the excuse that there were too many guests and they didn’t have enough time to clean the room. The equipment in the room had been broken for a long time, but when checking out, they forced the guests to pay for it. There are too many reasons not to come back to this place. Everyone who stays here should be careful or they will be forced to pay an unreasonable fine.

The hotel is very enthusiastic with guests. The room is very ok, tidy, large wardrobe can hold a lot of clothes, free drinking water for guests 2 bottles per day.

Extremely bad vacation at this DuyLong hotel. Booked a room one way and checked in another. I deliberately spent more money to book the hotel's highest class room like the hotel photo posted on the app. . That the room I saw a photo of on the hotel's app must have a very open view of the city from above. However, the hotel let me check in to a room where the view was completely obscured by another high-rise roof. The view I saw was just the roof covering it and it was very stuffy. After that, I called the hotel to ask for a change, and the hotel said, "Hey, I gave you the correct room category. It's not wrong for you to ask me to change." I said that the room I booked in the photo had a very clear view, why was my room's view obscured like that, but the hotel still said I had assigned the correct room category to you so I couldn't change it, the guest was staying. Ok, I thought it was a mistake because there was a guest in front of me, so I didn't accept it, but a moment later when I opened my room, the room next to me accidentally happened to be the same room type as I booked. The room attendants were already asking for it. I knew there was no one there. I called the hotel again and didn't know if the receptionist answered the phone or the hotel owner, but the female voice talking to the guests was very rude. Said "I won't change it, I'll give it to you." right room for you", I just said where is there a guest who doesn't give me the exact room I ordered? If I didn't happen to see that room open and there was no one, I would have thought there was a guest staying. It's true and the amount of money I agreed to spend was received for a room with no view. While I booked 2 rooms, 2 families and guests all delivered 2 rooms that were obscured by the roof. While the other 2 rooms had beautiful views, they were not given. Is that a bad idea? Then they denied it because the room was damaged and could not be given to me. I said, why don't you just say it from the beginning and lie that guests are staying there without saying anything wrong? After that, they had a lot of arguments, talking like they wanted to eat me alive, like if you don't stay, then leave your mother alone, I'll give you the room now. I have to try to contact traveloka to resolve it for me. It wasn't until the next day that it gave me the exact room I booked. Business was so great.

Nhân viên dọn phòng 2 lần quẹt thẻ vào phòng mặc dù kh vẫn chưa check out và đến giờ check out lúc sáng kh vẫn còn ngủ

Mọi thứ đều ổn trừ phòng cách âm quá tệ. 2 đêm mình ở đều nghe rõ tiếng xả nước từ WC tầng trên, kéo ghế, đóng/mở cửa (5h sáng) do có lẽ tầng trên dậy sớm săn mây hoặc người lớn tuổi dậy sớm:(( tiếng động ngoài hành lang thì khỏi nói, nói chuyện, đóng/mở cửa đều nghe rõ mồn một.
