Everything was good, only the hot water was missing, which wasn't available in our room at that time.

The mattress is double/king-size, but only uses a twin sheet, making it uncomfortable for the feet. The mattress pad is very dirty, and the bathroom has black mold on the sealant.

My stay at the Luxury Inn Arion Hotel was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The staff was friendly, and every corner of the room smelled fresh. However, the breakfast menu was a bit lacking in variety, in our opinion... That concludes my family and I's testimonial. The staff is friendly, there are no doormats in the room, there are not many bf variants, but there are lots of culinary options outside the hotel.

I had a satisfying stay, starting with the incredibly friendly staff—especially Ibrahim, Tohir, and the beautiful lady (sorry, I forgot her name) who were very helpful during check-in. We were already very tired from a long trip and arrived too early. We were supposed to check in at 2:00 PM, but we were able to check in around 12:30 PM. After checking in, we immediately rested in our superior twin room, which was clean, fragrant, tidy, comfortable, and quiet. The location is very strategic, close to Arion Mall, the LRT station, and the bus stop, making it easy to explore Jakarta. It's equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, and a comfortable restaurant and bar. Oh yes, the lobby sofas are also very comfortable. We even fell asleep because we were so tired, and only in the hotel lobby could we get rid of our drowsiness for a moment while waiting for check-in. The price is very good for the facilities and quality of service. Breakfast is delicious, although perhaps the menu could be more varied. We highly recommend the Luxury Inn Arion to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient hotel in East Jakarta. Best of luck to the Luxury Inn Arion Jakarta.

5th floor, the AC is cold but there are still mosquitoes, the room has no windows, how come?

Access to the city center is very close, there's plenty of food nearby, and the hotel is clean. Overall, it's good.
