I have booked and paid successfully, but it turns out the hotel is closed

The breakfast room is clean, the receptionist is like an empty house. Haunted horror, don't ever come here, definitely disappointed.

Don't ever book here, take care of your intentions, even if you book there is no one, how about this, there is no contact anymore, it feels like being abandoned

There is no receptionist, handul and others only soap. The place is horror, the air conditioner is not cold, the windows are closed, there is not enough privacy, there is no WiFi, if you want it to be repaired it can be better, and there is no welcome snack like mineral water.

Very unkind service, and very unfriendly, rundown place.

no receptionist in the lobby, check in and check out time. the facilities are also still lacking, no towels and tv

Not very satisfied, the room is not ready, still waiting 20 minutes, not to mention, the TV and AC facilities cannot be used and strangely enough, the window is not there yet. As a result mosquitoes at entry.
