Room is ok, full amenities, friendly staff, support early check in

The room is clean and pleasant. I do wish the hotel would provide shower gel and shampoo in dispensers inside the bathroom instead of sachets, as the amount feels insufficient. That's my only concern. Overall, everything else was perfect.

Amazing, cheap, clean and close to many places

service is not very good, no room cleaning service, changing towels and throwing away trash, smelly room, no blankets, unclean towels, unenthusiastic hotel owner

My friend and I brought her 2 younger siblings along (they are both grown up). We arrived earlier than check-in time and asked for early check-in (with extra charge). It was ok, but the hotel receptionist gave me a room for my 2 younger siblings to check in early. I went all the way to the top floor, which was a drying room and no one lived in. The room was no different from a maid's room: moldy, smelly, dirty, the room had bunk beds but they had been left for a long time. I paid like everyone else, so why did they do that? Unprofessional service.

It's okay, for the price and just for an overnight stay. Although the bathroom design is a bit inconvenient, there's no lock.

I went as a couple for 3 days 2 days, arrived early but Achi very much facilitated us to check in early. I feel quite satisfied with everything in my room. Before booking the room, I saw that you had left a review, but after experiencing it, I highly recommend it. There is also a motorbike rental for 10 VND for this convenience 😍. Suitable for couples, very satisfied with the hotel. I'm just sorry the weather isn't nice 😶‍🌫️🫧🩵

Booked a double bed room, then the hotel arranged 2 single beds. Lying down is very uncomfortable

Tôi ở 2 đêm tại đây, anh chị chủ rất nice và thân thiện. Phòng tuy không rộng lắm, nhưng đảm bảo phục vụ đầy đủ mọi nhu cầu của khách.

Central hotel. Very convinience and value for money. The room was large, the shower facilities are great. Cleaniness I would say 6/10 though. The receptionist was English speaking too so made things easier in this area.

Receptionist attitude is not good with guests, arbitrarily changed the room 1 double bed to 2 single beds, the guests asked, they were annoyed with the guests, answered the guests, and never came back. Arbitrarily pushing guests to other hotels of lower quality
