The location is way too far from the beach! Bad Wi-Fi ! No markings to find the hotel! No morning breakfast ! No bicycle rent option ! They promote you to rent from outside ! Nothing in the minibar apart from coke! They don’t provide daily complimentary water ! Only thing good is it’s silent as it’s far away from the beach ! Apart from that it really needs a lot of development!

We booked for six nights and only stayed for one. The main reason was because of the massive mound of trash just around the corner from the property. We could smell the plastic burning and everything. Horse stalls are also on the other side of the property, so all in all it’s a terrible location with garbage everywhere. They have had to lower prices and condense some of the villas to make up for the losses. Hopefully the government steps up and fixes this to save the property and the island itself. Such a bummer!

Absolutely lovely place! The rooms are beautiful and the pool is peaceful. Although the place is rather tricky to find - could do with more signs.

The air conditioning was not working properly at all. Causing tremendous amounts of bugs. We left after only being there for 15 minutes

Really enjoyed our stay within our villa and hotel. However would not recommend the restaurant because our meals were disgusting and gave me and my partner severe bad stomachs (put in the politest form). Restaurant really does let down the hotel because the hotel facilities such as the pool and the villas themselves are really really nice.

The private villas are amazing. We had the most wonderful time here and would definitely recommend. It was good value for money too - the cheapest villa with private pool that we could find and it’s even nicer than the photos.

Know that this villas are very far from beach, before booking I review all comments and villas own website discription. Website discription mentions free bike for customer, easy for us in and out, but at the end we need to rent ourselves or take house car cost rupiah 150,000/way, that is not worth to stay in this villas

to much clorin in the pool , air-cond not funtion at all , my sugesstion please put fans outside at the leving room , thnks for bapak who send us coconut all the staff fantastic , breakfast need to change the menu , and please put a lot off singhbord outside , thanks for everything ❤️

Hotel condition & service is excellent except the road roads to hotel is nightmare

The hotel was nice and a comfortable room but it is next to a landfill so there were a lot of flies. For that reason it was impossible have a nice breakfast without flies, it was really disgusting for me. Other bad point was about shower, the hot water wasn’t working property.

Loved our bungalow, huge pool, free bikes, great breakfast and ever helpful staff. The mosque is directly next door and starts very early, however we would go back in a heartbeat.

Nice hotel, the bikes for use weren't that great and were practically falling apart. Too far from the main activities in all directions. Would be better to stay on the east side nearer the beach.

Nice spot, lovely garden pool and master suite, smaller 2nd room. Free bikes were ideal as it is a bike ride/walk to thenson beach.

Loved the food, facilities and staff. Free bikes to get around, short ride anywhere. Nice and quiet. Only things we had a problem with was the air-conditioning and the smoke blowing over from the rubbish tip which is not their fault.

As Gili T is the party island, this was nice and quiet accommodation. A little overpriced I thought but we enjoyed our stay in a two bedroom pool villa. Staff were good, breakfast was basic but really good. Main drawback is with it being in the center of the island, you needed a pony cart to go anywhere and at $15 Australian per way, got a little dear. There are also free bikes which is a good option however a lot were broken down and they weren't always enough available, which was disappointing. Overall I would recommend the resort so long as your expectations aren't too hight.

Incredible staff far enough from the partying so you can get a good night sleep but close enough you can stumble back to your room

the hotel is very nice and staff very friendly, breackfast delicious :) they offer free bicycles so you can cycle around the island to explore. room was very nice and beds very comfortable. the only negative is that next to the hotel is a Mosque so be ready waking up at 5am for the prayer as they have loud speekers ... :( or get ton of earplugs ;)

A nice and cozy hotel away from the busy beach area. It's quite inside so you need to get a horse cart or cycle your way to the beach and other areas. If you have baggage, you have to get horse cart to/from hotel and you will be spending some extras there. It's still worth since the hotel is quite cheap for the facilities and condition.

Overall this place was amazing, the restaurant, free bikes, pool and staff are top notch. The only gripe would be being woken up at 5am every morning, there's a mosque next door, they pray 5x a day over loud speaker, starting at 5am ending at 10pm. Ear plugs might hide the sound, however it's extremely loud.
