Perfect location with great staff!

Location was amazing! The daily breakfast was one of the best we have ever had.

Clean. Perfectly located. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the kitchenette with the necessary and a small fridge. Would stay there again.

This hotel surpassed expectation in every way. The location is super convenient. The rooms are very beautiful. The staff was great. Loved the bartender LD. She was fun to talk with and made amazing drinks. Try the Espresso Martini! The breakfast was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay there.

The room and our bathroom were spacious and clean. The service impeccable and the bar well stocked and friendly. Location is amazing , close to everything !

Upgrade to the river view, it’s more than worth it! Spacious rooms with double windows to block out sound at night to help you sleep. 5/5 will definitely be back

This is showing as a 4 star property and I will certainly give this 5 stars for that. It is not the four seasons, but a unique boutique type hotel. I believe all rooms are a little different and we picked the river view exclusive room and although it did not have a balcony as the description said it had a very large window we opened and had open often. The staff was great and breakfast was good. We had an early trip before the restaurant opened and they even offered to pack us a breakfast before the opened. Clean room and very comfortable at 500+ sq ft.

The location was excellent, near the Rialto Bridge and on the Grand Canal. It was an easy walk to St. Marks Square and many restaurants. Hotel was clean and rooms were well appointed. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. I do not recommend the breakfast unless it is included in your room price. It was completely overpriced and does not compare with other breakfasts at similarly priced hotels.

What a beautiful room! Although we were right in the middle of Firenze, the property was quiet, restful and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Junior suite doesn’t have king bed as expected and no balcony as Expedia describe, it need correct the wrong information,we came for our anniversary no Warm welcoming for platinum vip upgrade for anything,bathtub mirror was all modded and all cracks opened around the tub,not as expected!

The location is excellent, walking distance from all the sute in Florence. The view to the river is great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good as well. Moreover, in the middle of our trip my wife got stuck in a mall due to the weather conditions and the folk at the front desk did everything in order to help.

BED BUGS COMING OUT OF THE CRACKS IN THE WALLS! Before going to sleep I noticed two bugs coming out of the cracks on the wall above the headboard. I immediately took out my phone and did the big identifier to see what they were. BED BUGS! I went to wake up my daughter to tell her I was calling downstairs and there was a bed bug going right for her head. It was on her pillow. I called to the front desk and Marco, the night receptionist, came up right away and looked at all the bugs then moved us to another room down the hallway. The room he put us in still had the view of the Arno river just as our jr suite did so it was fine. The second day into being in the 2nd room we could smell in the hallway they were spraying for bed bugs in that first room. That night before going to bed I looked at the walls and cracks and crevices, sheets and I found another bed bug on the wall just to the right of the head board. I called Marco again and he came right up. He moved us to the 2nd floor. So we are on room number 3 now and still have 3 nights to go. This room doesn’t have a view, the bed is in the middle of the room, the door doesn’t close all the way and the bathroom is tiny. We could not unpack the entire trip, we slept in long sleeves and pants and socks. This mother/daughter trip was an absolute NIGHTMARE. We could tell we moved down in class because the housekeeping didn’t change the bedding, didn’t refill the coffee. Didn’t take out the trash or the empty glasses.

I liked the breakfast. I didnt like the size of the room, the air conditioning in the room, the last of coat hooks, there is no place to hang anything.

Beautiful view of the Arno river. Big room, however took three tries and an up charge to get room, first room had zero windows and looked like a prison cell. The only nice thing was it was a big space. Would never stay in that room. Website makes it look like there is a window behind the bed, there is not. This is also sold as a suite and not a basic room, ver deceiving.

Was great customer service! Room was very clean and nice decor. Very comfortable to return to every evening!
