Everything was really perfect. The only issue was the non working air conditioning when I got there. I was able to " fix" it, but then the last night it stopped again. Kasa team was very avaikable and very helpful.

Still not sure what i paid for. The place was neglected, dirty, with debris on the floor, mould in shower, cracks on the wall, paint plaking off the walls. The place is not insulated so cold air was seeping in through the gaps around the window. It was freezing outside and the flimzy heater was not keeping up with cold air coming in. I ended up getting additional blankets and sleeping in several sweaters. They never cleaned the parking lot from the snow, even 3 weeks after the snowfall. If you have luggage, there's no elevator in the building so it's a separate production to get luggage in and out of the rooms. Laundry facilities smelled terrible and were so dirty, they were unusable. Ended up using a laundromat. There is a texting system to let the management know, but they just send a script "we are sorry..." Overall the worst experience in my travel so far.

Great location, free parking, but very small room, in need of some TLC - worn table & toilet seat. Reached out to customer service line re: door lock & never received a response. All extra supply bins empty downstairs. Wouldn’t recommend

The staff is amazing, extremely helpful and friendly! If I have need of something in my room, such as the last person who smoked they were happily ready to spray my room to help it be more comfortable for my stay. Five stars!

Home away from home while remodeling work being done at my residence. Great to have kitchen for quick breakfast and free onsite parking. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and commute to DC for work.

Kasa Del Ray had a few issues during my stay. First, the room I was initially assigned didn’t match any of the photos on the listing—it simply wasn’t shown on the site. After I raised the concern, I was moved to a nicer room. Second, there was a recurring fire alarm issue—one day it went off for several hours, and on another, it lasted a couple of hours. It was disruptive and frustrating. Additionally, the front door keypad lock to enter the building was broken - usable, but broken (see image). On the positive side, the staff was responsive and easy to reach. Parking was free and plentiful, which I appreciated. The Del Ray location is fantastic—very close to DC and a charming, walkable neighborhood with everything you need nearby.

STAFF IS NOT UNDERSTANDING OR EMPATHETIC. WE ASKED TO BE REFUNED AND LEAVE A NIGHT EARLY BC THE AC WAS OUT AND IT WAS 92 DEGREES IN THE BUILDING.

Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV.

This location is right in the heart of the lively Del Ray neighborhood. The building itself is quiet and clean. I really enjoyed the neighborhood ambience, The room itself was pleasantly furnished and comfortable, I liked being able to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay there again!

There are many steps, both from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor However there's also a step into and out of bathroom. The room was clean except for a left over creamer, and used coffee in the machine.

Loved the location. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance - Del Ray market on Saturday was fun to walk through. Unit we stayed in was very comfortable. Bed was amazing. I slept so well. It was also nice to have a parking spot on site. No street parking. Close to my daughter. She lives about 6 blocks from here. Perfect place to stay
