First, I booked through the app and requested a specific check-in time, but when I asked the reception, they said it had nothing to do with the hotel 😂. The room is cleaned every two days, which isn't a problem, but you have to call to request cleaning; otherwise, they won't clean it. The bathroom has exposed electrical wires, which is very dangerous. I reported it, but after four days, no one fixed it. The standard daily allowance is two bottles of mineral water, but the hotel didn't provide them until the last day when I asked. The hotel is generally okay, but the hygiene is terrible. They didn't even clean the room after check-in, even though I requested a clean room. The toilet paper was also of extremely poor quality. And the towels weren't cleaned on the day of check-in; they were the previous guest's old towels, wtf 🥶🥶. And one extremely unpleasant thing: the cleaning ladies asked me for money every day, saying, "Give me some money for coffee, I'll clean your room!" Seriously?! They ask for money every single day! I also worked there that day and found it really unpleasant. When I mentioned that I was paying with my phone, the staff member sighed in annoyance! And the air conditioner remote was broken and unusable; it was set to 21 degrees, freezing cold. They probably set it that way so guests wouldn't get cold and save electricity! 😣😣! I chose 7749 hotels on the app and ended up with some awful one, but it wasn't the hotel's fault, it was the staff's!
