Right in the middle of the red-light district!! I searched for places for families, but I ended up in the entertainment district! The bass noise from the establishment below was bothersome from midnight until dawn, and I was too scared to go out at night. It was a truly awful trip! Other worst things: - The guesthouse was unmanned, and I didn't receive the room number or password via email, so I had to call to get into the room. - The person I stayed with was not Japanese, so their broken Japanese was really hard to understand! - There were no slippers in the room, and not even one in the bathroom, so it was unsanitary. - The air conditioner was old and didn't cool well, and was noisy when turned up high. The inside of the air conditioner hadn't even been cleaned. I'll never stay here again!!!
