Black and red theme runs through the whole hotel, makes it a bit dark but the room was clean and comfortable, goid shower. Good scrambled egg at the buffet but the hot water for tea was empty and we had a wait for it to be refilled , by which time our breakfast was a bit cold. Car park very tight, we were only in a mid sized car but the parking sensors were beeping all the way. Glad it was not full!

When I arrived elements of my room wasn't clean so I asked for the cleaner to redo it. The toilet still wasn't 100% clean so I ended up having to do it myself. The staff kind of apologised. Disappointingly there was no offer of compensation for what I experienced - not even a free coffee, drink or breakfast. Nothing. Just a disappointing experience and it affected the start of my holiday.

Nice staff, clean and large room and bed, good bathroom. Quirky phrases everywhere which amused!

Great spacious rooms and nice location, except that the hotel is situated next to many bars & pubs which can get loud on weekends until the early hours.

Spacious room , and bright

The hotel is in a great location and the staff was quite helpful. There really isn't a restaurant on site however, there are a number of restaurants and a market in the area. The hotel leans toward a darker modern vibe for the decor while I prefer something a bit lighter and brighter (for a future visit).

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff

Newer property, huge room, and very clean. The only downside was the noise level at night. when we were settling in to go to sleep you could hear drunk people yelling and screaming around, there are a few bars just a few doors down and it was disruptive. Luckily my daughter and I were exhausted and managed to fall back asleep after the first night, however the following 7 nights we put in our noise cancelling airpods. I’d stay again though because it was a good location and a newer hotel so everything was modern. Staff were great, super helpful, and very kind.

Dejligt hotel tæt på alt. Ren luksus med check ud kl 12. Hjælpsomt personale overall. Siddemuligheder overalt. Stilen er urban/boutiqe og er holdt i afdæmpede, rødlige farver. Vidunderlig seng. Anderledes udsmykning på hotellet. Dejlig morgenmad med både automat- og filterkaffe, røræggen lidt for blød til mig, men det er det absolut eneste, jeg kunne finde, så det afholder mig på ingen måde fra at komme igen
