Really nice hotel, clean and very friendly staff. Nice breakfast and pub next door is a bonus

Fourth visit and just as good. Fab hotel and drinks and foodin the bar just as good.

Pros - friendly welcome, lots of parking, massive and comfy bed, big tv, good choice on tea tray, restaurants good choice and great food, breakfast spot on, great value for money Cons - scary tree outside window 😬(IYKYK) seriously though no cons happy to stay again

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of July. Room was immaculate and cleaned every day, with a note to say who had cleaned it. Bed was huge, as was the shower. Room a decent size too. The only niggle would be the TV would be better if it was on a movable bracket as it's in the corner of the room and awkward to watch from the bed. Reasonably priced given the location, literally 10 minutes drive from Newcastle town centre. Also I left something behind and after contacting the hotel discovered it had been picked up by the housekeeping team and put into lost property who are willing to send it back to me which means a great deal as the item was a gift. Would happily stay there again.

Polished aesthetic but service didn't match it. First thing is check in where I had an overly casual receptionist who didn't seem to feel any need to normal aspects of customer service - gives place a cheaper feel when people working don't feel a need to standards. Room was relatively freshly decorated but kept very basic - will do for a night but not for 3 as I was after. Not much going on there and not an interesting location - would much rather go further central.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are really spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean. Everything you need in one place for a great stay. There are two restaurants, only ever eaten at The Three Mile which is exceptional, something for everyone on the menu and great value.

Stayed at this location as we were visiting friends nearby. Clean, nice hotel with a great bed and shower. Nice hotel at a reasonable price.

The room was spotless and was cleaned in the second day too.the room was modern and was a good price. The breakfast was enjoyable with a decent choice of food. The hotel was only about 3 miles from Newcastle and you could catch a bus outside the hotel. There wasn’t really a lounge to sit in. It is on a main road ,but our room was quiet

Love staying here. Rooms very comfortable. Lots of parking spaces. Easy to get bus or metro to centre. Lovely bar in hotel too. Stayed for sons graduation.

Lovely stay here. Very helpful staff and clean and tidy room with bath and shower as well as a safe a fridge. Plenty of parking with an Electric car charger. Two nice restaurants with good food. Very enjoyable stay.

Room clean and good size with a lovely on-suite. Breakfast good, plenty to suit all. Staff were kind and helpful. Big and plenty going on. Food good.

Noise from outside drinking area , maybe put up a sign for people to be quieter after 1100 pm , as some guest have early flights !

Lovely clean, air conditioned room. Kettle with hot beverages provided, plus cartons of spring water. Lovely big shower with toiletries. The food in the pub & pizza restaurant was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Only 10-15 minutes out of the town centre by taxi.

Modern, clean, perfect location for Newcastle. 3 miles up the rd, metro station 5-10 min walk away with frequent service Never visited the pub attached, but seemed like a nice place to be

The staff were very friendly, the hotel is great value for money! Really luxurious and all the amenities you could possibly need, toiletries and hairdryer as well.
