Bad service, the clerk asked for more money.

Rotten inn, electricity token off from 10pm-7am. The bathroom has a lot of trash. The guard gave a time limit until 9 pm not to go out. Report at 10 pm about the electricity guard somewhere, on the phone no response!

Don't stay here. So sorry! The guard does not wear clothes, all the rooms smell of urine and the smell of cigarettes. The guard was not polite, snapped when I checked in and didn't believe the payment through Traveloka. Outdoor bathroom, dirty and lots of cobwebs. I did not arrive 10 minutes to move hotels. For a moment inside, I was already dizzy, because the room smelled awful. Worst inn I've ever been to! Don't let you regret it.

Don't come home after 10 pm / check in after 21.00 you will be charged another 30% fee, I regret taking this inn for 2 days. It's not friendly to guard, like digging, the place is dirty, the bathroom is not cleaned and the room doesn't look like the sheets have been changed. Think about it, if you want to take this inn, it's better to do a direct survey, don't book and don't transfer first.

Buruk sangat buruk! Di aplikasi tertulis check in maksimal jam 22. Saya check in jam 22 kurang, disuruh tambah bayar 30 % karena peraturannya maksimal jam 21. Katanya, kalo tidak puas, bisa minta kembali uang sama Traveloka. Karena sudah malam, saya pasrah saja bayar 30 % daripada nyari hotel lagi. Yang melayani mungkin owner sendiri. Tanpa baju sambil merokok. WiFi mati! Tidak diberikan handuk dan sabun seperti pelayanan OYO biasanya. Dan ternyata kamar mandi di luar. Kotor dan bau rokok. Sama seperti ruang tamu. Saran saya, hotel seperti ini sebaiknya dibekukan saja, daripada mengecewakan. Baru cek ternyata hampir semua review, sama seperti yang saya alami.

Tidak sesuai ekspektasi, minta tambah uang, pelayanan kurang profesional. Sprei kotor banyak bercak-bercak bekas gituan. Selimut bau. Kamar mandi kotor, wifi tidak berfungsi, tv tidak bisa, banyak serangga.

Fasilitas yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan yang di iklankan.

Kamar kotor dan tidak terawat sama sekali. Baru masuk langsung keluar gara-gara kamarnya penuh nyamuk

Membingukan, jam 10 maximal udah harus check out.

Pelayanan tidak profesional. Kualitas penginapan sangat kotor, jauh dari kata layak.

when I arrived at the homestay they didn 't show me the homestay, just my bedroom that's it without any explications . they didn't give my a key, I asked for that later, a lot of music in the house all evening.
