This property is the epitome of customer service! First I was greeted at the ferry dock by two staff members! Upon arrival at the property the resort manager gave me an overview and then another staff member lead me to my unit. The staff were always friendly and helpful! The restaurant is top notch! The food is delicious, well presented and very flavorful!

This was our first trip to Mykonos and the hotel was a beautiful place to stay with great views! The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating! They were readily available whenever we needed a ride to our room or to Old Town Mykonos. The continental breakfast was delicious with quite a variety of foods! The room was very spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. There was a restaurant next door called Local and the food was phenomenal. Also, next door was a small market where we purchased water and it was reasonable. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean Transports availability Cordial staff

The staff and the owner Panos were very helpful and friendly. The driver picked us up at that port and from there on we received VIP service. The resort is very spacious with well maintained pools and hot tubs (which we utilized). The location is a bit of a walk from downtown but the staff would drive us down if needed. The entire time we definitely felt that the staff truly wanted to provide optimal service and we will stay here again when we return.

The pool was very nice and breakfast was good. Rooms were smaller than the website photos and would have preferred more cut fruit for breakfast

The dedication and hospitality of the entire staff was second to none. They were able to transfer us from the ferry, check in with ease, and even offered a room upgrad with no additional charge. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay truly exceptional.

Staff made all the difference here being very accommodating and helpful - arranging taxis, allowing late checkouts, offering to let us use the facilities after checkout, and being very friendly.

The staff was AMAZING. We received the best service ever at this resort. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are incredible- so hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was great, and there are markets and restaurants in walking distance. There is a bus stop across the street to go to the eastern beaches; the other bus stop in town is about a 15 min walk. The views and pool area are beautiful. The pools are not heated but there is a jacuzzi.

My husband and I stayed at Sunset Aeolos Resort in Mykonos and truly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent—there was even a driver waiting for us at the ferry. The property is large, but the convenient golf carts made it easy to get around. Our room faced the sunset, which was absolutely beautiful. Overall, a lovely stay and highly recommended.

Panos and his team were amazing even before our arrival. They communicated clearly ahead of time and arranged transportation to and from the hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and provided with excellent information about the island and amenities. The property was spotless, and the service was top-notch. Breakfast offered a wide assortment of options to satisfy any craving. This is truly a great place to stay for anyone visiting Mykonos.
