This property offered several activities, the beach was beautiful. The breakfast offered was just okay. You had to pay extra for a beach chair even though we were guests of the property. Room was good, comfortable beds. Great nearby restaurants.

Clean hotel with practical rules . Great washroom , beds and abundance of towels. Like how garbage brought to elevator area. Like how room not changed or cleaned everyday. Staff mostly friendly . Air conditioner quite loud, recommend ear plugs!

Outside of hotel was nice, inside was terrible. Hallway flooring is lifting up and could be a tripping hazard. Room is smaller than an inside cruise line room. Only had one shelf and two rods sticking out of wall to hang a couple items. NO STORAGE to put suitcases or clothes so we could not unpack. The little desk and chair had a mirror but it was basically all for a child. I had to squat to look in the mirror. The bathroom had a shower but one could hardly turn around in it. It was a two by four area and looks like black mold. The sink is blocked by the toilet. Very hard to get to - to brush your teeth. Not much space to put your toiletries. There is a small safe but it sits on the floor and is very inconvenient to use. The beds were hard as a rock and you could feel every spring in the mattress. The free breakfast was the same every day. The only thing that resembled a “breakfast “ was they could put a fried egg on top of either a hamburger, minced spicy chicken and rice or taco rice. I’ve always been pleased with Expedia but this hotel really shouldn’t be endorsed by the company. I’m very disappointed.

Unfortunately, this was so bad we had to leave one day early. The room was very small and the cheap air-conditioner was mounted right above the bed, making it very difficult to sleep. I caught a cold from the aircon. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful, however, even though in Japan all beaches are legally considered public land, including those in Okinawa, the hotel operators treat it as if it were their private beach, closing and opening the beach at times convenient for them and forbidding guests to bathe where they wish. Service is minimum (low cost), so any guests’ requests are summarily dismissed without an apology. The free “breakfast” was a dry piece of bread with a sad looking industrial cold hamburger. The place is full of screaming children, dangerously running around and making a mess. There are no quiet areas in the hotel, which is right next to a highway. I hope this is not the new normal for Japanese “Omotenashi”. Even when we decided to leave, there was no apologies and no courtesy. I have lived in Japan for 28 years, and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The ocean view was stunning, but service was lacking. Staff were friendly but gave little explanation, directing us to a QR code instead. No in-room coffee or tea, no water dispenser, and most amenities—including extra towels—came with extra charges. The beach is right there, but chairs and umbrellas cost extra too. On the plus side, there’s a convenience store next door and a free shuttle to a sister hotel with a larger pool and hot spring. Great for the view, but not ideal if you’re looking for full service.

Nice location away from the main cities of Okinawa. Staff were friendly and spoke some English, and rooms were clean. Ocean view room was nice, although directly above the pool which could get noisy if it was busy. Beautiful beach with a netted-off swimming area and a inflatable obstacle course which has an entry fee. All other beach swimming is off limits. Also can't walk around the nearby headland or walk on the rocks. Although not really a private beach as the public can walk through the hotel and use the amenities as well. Disappointed that beach chairs, umbrellas and even some pool seats are hire only. Also the pool and beach close at 6pm so no swimming after then. Also not allowed to walk on the beach after 10pm which I found weird. The hotel had a few activities such a glass bottom boat, snorkelling, jet ski rides, etc, but they all were all expensive (even with the hotel guest discount) and can be cancelled due to the weather or even low tide. There's a Lawson konbini on sight, and a few restaurants and other konbinis within 5-15 minutes walking distance. But other than that you really need a hire car or catch a taxi/bus to do anything else, such as shopping or sightseeing, otherwise you're stuck at the resort.

They called it a resort which it is if you only want a holiday during certain hours of the day. The staff with the exception of the breakfast staff, were not polite or friendly like the manager. There's only 3 choices for breakfast. I have stayed in other hotels and resorts in Okinawa but would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved the beach and all of the extra activities that were offered. We enjoyed the glass bottom boat ride especially. The hotel is very nice. The mattress was very mediocre. It was not comfortable.

Good hotel in beautiful location, but breakfasts are hopeless. Only 2 dishes to choose from for the whole week can be boring for anyone.
