Not enough amenities, I deposited extra money but didn’t get back return. Was told will be back in bank later but not return waited for 1 month, Didn’t receive any response of email as well. I trusted them they broke my trust. Kind of scam. Please don’t take any deposit in if you are not able to return.

Disappointing experience at this hotel. It’s really a 1 star motel type place. Rooms are very small and prices don’t reflect how basic the hotel is. The front desk manager is super friendly and helpful- 5 stars for him! Just don’t get your hopes up with this place. There are better in the area.

There is no AC. The hotel is on a busy street, and the only way to stay cool was to leave the window open. I was in room 505 where the bathroom smelled strongly of mold, the ceiling seemed to have some water damage that had been painting over. I had to wait the last night to get a different room. Compared to other hotels where you get a key card, you have to get and leave a physical key at the front desk. Someone could come to the front desk and give the room number and get the key. There's no safe in the room. The soap situation in the room is ridiculous, you have two little shower gel packets that are the size of a teabag. I don't think it was a good value at all for the price I paid.

This time I got an upgrade to a nice room.

Clean room with comfortable bed, very competent and kind staff, facilities well kept.

Great hotel but it is in a difficult location and can be a little dark at night around the area

We found decent places to eat opposite the hotel. good for getting to major attractions Eiffel Tower, mon marte, river cruises. Staff friendly food ok.

Good value for money everything perfect. Only fault was there were no towels larger than a hand towel.

It was a smaller room. I wasn’t comfortable, there wasn’t a safe. I wanted a refund and asked for one but was refused. It was clear I was uncomfortable and I wasn’t going to stay. The owner didn’t care and made me pay for all the days I booked even tho I only stayed for one. It was actually heartbreaking I was already going through a lot but she didn’t care. I wish I could have just gotten a refund but she didn’t want to. America is way better when it comes to hotels and refunds.

Great hotel in a fantastic area.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Paris, overall I think this hotel is a great cheaper alternative if you don’t care about the luxuries. It did everything you would want from a cheaper hotel: comfortable bed, wardrobe space and en-suit bathroom. However I think there were a few factors that we found a little strange. They ask you to pay a 65€ holding deposit as insurance for lost keys, problems with the room after checkout etc, not unusual for a hotel so understandable. However they proceed to tell us to give our key to reception every time we exit the hotel and ask for it back upon re entry, a little strange but would not of minded if they gave us a safe to keep personal items. I understand they say everything is safe but as tourists I think everyone is a little protective of items. Keys were displayed on a board behind the reception desk, visible to guests so anyone could easily ask for a random key to anyone’s room. We had friends stay at the same time as us but in a different hotel room and they had problems with the shower, after mentioning this to reception they said they would fix it while they were out but was still not fixed once during their stay. I would mention the road is very noisy with cars tooting and revving engines at all hours through the night even with windows shut. I wouldn’t say this is a complaint as we enjoyed our stay but just some things that could be looked upon improving. Staff were very friendly and kind. Thank you

It was very close to metro, great staff and very clean. I loved it

The staff was good but the manager was coy. Room had problems, door would not shut without having to fix the hinge every time. Spoke to manager about it and nothing happened. Asked for a refund but was told this would not happen.

when you want to leave the hotel they ask you for the key... and it's something strange but Is okey

My room was on 5th floor. Elevator was not working. I had 2 big lugggages. Hope you can imagnine.

Not a 3 stars hotel like they advertise . It is more a 2 stars hotel. The photos are misleading. I liked the kindness and nice ,warm attitude from Olga the receptionist. However I was asked to pay 65 euros deposit in case of damage of the property or leaving with the key. I think this was a bit too much. I have never been asked for a deposit before in many hotels and countries i have visited. I had to pay city taxes as well and thought i have already paid in Expedia. We were given a room was on the 5th floor and I don't use lift for phobia reasons. I asked could i get another room on a lower floor , and they said it is not possible. When we arrived to the room , the twin beds , single beds were extremely small and narrow. Luckily my daughter and I are small women but still was very uncomfortable to sleep. I was afraid to fall of the bed therefore i couldnt rest properly. I asked for a room with a bigger bed ( I wouldn't have mind to pay the difference) but they said no that all beds are the same size. Breakfast was good , a bit basic, and there were not gluten-free or dairy -free options. Quite the opposite. No decaffeinated coffee either. I would honestly give the hotel 2 stars, for me was more like a hostel not a 3 stars hotel. Thank you
