The best hotel in town for a getaway. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is spa quality. I love that it's close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Excellent stay!!

I wish I would have gotten his name but the 3rd shift employee working during my one night stay 1/18-1/19 was so kind and nice! He made check in easy and even watched my bag for a second. Thank you!

I want to say, the woman who checked us in was wonderful and I’m sad I didn’t get her name to recognize her properly . The cleanliness of the room was subpar , mirrors were dirty, bathroom floors were visibly dirty and bed was roughly made . We had no ice bucket , no robe or slippers in room as advertised , no coffee or tea maker as advertised, no complimentary water bottles as advertised . When I went to check out the person at the front desk did not even look up to greet you he just asked “what room?” And when was saying I was checking out he just said ok. I asked where can I leave the keys and can I get a receipt he said “ don’t you have an email account with us ? I can’t give you one because my system is down anyway.” Kinda rude . Besides the interaction with the woman who checked us in the stay was disappointing.

Garbage in my bathroom, bodily secretions on bathroom door, slumy floor, trim work thats never been dusted,lobby wreaks of potpourri.had to apy extra for parking AND wifi!! Unreal

I was givin a complaint saying that I would get kicked out if I got another complaint when I just got back from my birthday dinner not even ten minutes when I was told that I was giving a complaint for being to loud when I just got back and that I was going to be charged for it which I didn’t understand because I literally just got back from the hotel and the charge was 214 which I was not happy about at all when the room itself was 241 for 1 night and a 50 dollar deposit it was my birthday and I did not enjoy my stay what so ever

The property was spacious( bedroom) The staff was extremely polite and very accommodating. There wasn’t a luggage rack in the room. Beds were very comfortable. The color black wouldn’t have been my choice for the room. I had a beautiful view from my window. Thank you

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. I felt so comfortable & the rooms are beautiful. The fitness center is incredible!! The restaurant attached to the hotel is TOP NOTCH! Simple, classy, and overall a really nice hotel. I will be staying again!

I went to visit a friend in a nearby medical center, and came across this hotel to stay the night nearby so I could visit them again in the morning. This was a great experience here, very clean and spacious. Loved the layout and the room size. This will be my first choice should I visit the Milwaukee area again.

The hotel is beautiful. Well located. Plenty of parking. The ONLY issue we had was checking in, we waited in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes before ANYONE showed up. The place was vacant!

Very nice clean hotel. Housekeeping came in without knocking twice but that could’ve been a simple mistake. They also didn’t leave us any tissue but still a nice stay.

The stay was fine, however, they put us in a handicap room with no handicap assistance. The bathtub was too high for someone who has issues
