Lovely friendly place to stay, we didn’t see the owners or staff much but when we did they were lovely and helpful. Definitely would stay again

The owners are very friendly and make you feel at home. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel we also had a lovely sea view. We used the bar area sitting outside on the patio area with a great view of the sea. The bar was very well priced. I would use again.

Nice clean bedding and comfy bed. We didn’t t have breakfast as not breakfast people. Ground floor room, bit noisy next to the bar.

Lovely, clean room and wonderful hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Would suggest room 8 to be fitted with block out curtains.

Loved our stsy at the sands rokm clean comfortable bed tv and tray for drinks and biscuits well stocked. Easy acces to room great view from room sea views. Very happy would reccommend the sands

Near the sea side and amusement arcades. Staff were kind and welcoming, although i did not require much during my stay, staff were available if required while not interupting otherwise.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. For example, when I asked if there was a communal fridge I could use, the landlady carried a spare fridge and put it in my room! Overall I was very impressed by the place, considering the very reasonable price. A pleasant stay.

Lovely place to stay, on site parking, had a lovely view from our room, bed was comfy, would definitely stay again.

Cars and motorbiker racing there vehicles up and down the seafront. At inappropriate hour of evenings and early hours of the morning. From 10 pm to 1.30 am every night. Roaring/revving there vehicles outside the hotels. When guess are trying to have a relazing evening and a goodnight sleep. We have come home absolutely shattered. It puts people off staying in a beautiful area/place. I would like to say its not the owners of the hotels fault. Just persons being disrespectful. It would be very nice for something to be done about it. Hopefully the council and authority will do something about it. The hospitality was excellent, food was great and a lovely bedroom with a great view.

Had a lovely stay , we had room 2 sea view, view was great, room was ok we only slept and changed there maybe a bit dated but comfy, and clean , great location right by the harbour.

Nothing to dislike, excellent value for money and great welcoming hosts. A really relaxed friendly stay.
