Positive; beautiful resort and friendly staff. Location is central to bus stop and shops. Cons: The rooms were dusty and not clean. I spent four(4) nights and my bedding was never changed. It took a phone to the desk to insist on having the bathroom cleaned. Breakfast and dinner choices are limited. The choice of coffee is limited .

Staff was so rude, room was broken. I checked in late around 6-7PM, and my room was weird. First, the bathroom lights wouldn't turn on. I went down to the front desk to ask for service, asking them to send someone over in 5-10 minutes since I had to re-park my car. David, the guy who checked me in, said to make it quick since his staff has to go home lol. I did. Staff comes up to the room and opens up the ceiling of my room to gain access to some electro lines or whatever. All good. Then I realize that all the outlets (charging plugs) are not working. Frustrated that this room is broken, I go back down and request room change since this room is clearly broken. David, the guy who checked me in and was there the whole time for my service requests, not once apologized. No sorry for inconveneience, no nothing. He just said that he can't change the room since if he changes the room and "another tiny thing" is not working, I will come back down to complain. So rude and condescending. I'm not sure how it is characterized as tiny that the entire bathroom light is not working and that the whole outlets in the room is not working that I couldn't charge my phone. So rude that I will personally persuade everyone who considers this hotel to rethink and book somewhere else. The serviceman was very nice, though he did not speak any English, he was kind and apologetic about the inconvenience. He ended up switching the room for me (I'm assuming he realized the outlet was not a quick fix).

I was there for 1 night for my birthday and stayed at a suite with hut tub. First the great things - spa area was amazing, room is warm and comfortable, views are great, aesthetics, staff. so good - the negative - the Hot Tub didnt work!!!! which is one of the reasons for paying more for the room - VERY disappointed as everything else so great - including the food (recommend half board) - such a frustrating end to the day with no working hot tub and no way to fix it before left...took the shine off a great stay

I had a wonderful stay at Aubamar Suites & Spa. The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and always willing to accommodate any request. The restaurant was excellent I especially loved the breakfast selection. A special mention to Lucia at the restaurant, who was fantastic, though truly everyone working there was pleasant and welcoming. The spa was another highlight, and I really appreciated that it’s included. I also visited the rooftop at the sister hotel, which is absolutely gorgeous. The location is great: very close to the airport less than 30 minutes by bus and it only cost me €8 return, with the bus stop just 5 minutes from the hotel. Getting to Palma Old Town was also easy and quick: less than 30 minutes by bus for €2, with the stop again very close by. A taxi to the Old Town was around €18. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away. Overall, a beautiful hotel with exceptional service and an ideal location.

Can't fault it

Unfortunately this area is very unsafe. In first night my father’s Rolex was taken off his arm as we walked to the restaurant nearby. Young dangerous people around.

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel and truly had an unforgettable experience. While I won’t go into detail about the facilities, cleanliness, spa, pool, or dining options—those are well-covered in other reviews—I want to focus on what made our stay exceptional: the people. From the concierge to the restaurant and bar staff, housekeeping, and every team member we encountered, the service was outstanding. Everyone greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm attitude, always ready to assist in the most professional and thoughtful way. Their ability to connect with guests on both a personal and respectful level created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely at ease. It’s the staff who elevated our stay from great to truly memorable. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail are what set this hotel apart. I’d like to send a personal message to the management: your team is your greatest asset. They bring invaluable warmth and character to your establishment and absolutely deserve recognition—perhaps even a generous bonus at the end of the season. Thank you all for your hospitality. The Aubamar suite and spar is exceptional in all areas The rooms beautiful as were the staff .The exceptional pool area with lots of space between sun beds. Also very quiet and so relaxing. Thank you for a fabulous holiday

We loved our stay in the hotel, the room was clean and the staff were very accommodating. We were slightly disappointed by the noise from outside of the hotel, we didn’t realise how much of a party scene the location was. The breakfast food was incredible, however the dinner menu could do with having fresher items on the menu, rather than the same each night - we thought the pool bar food was better than the dinner menu. The facilities of the hotel were great! We would recommend this hotel.

Lovely decor and super clean rooms with all you could need in them. Pool areas had plenty of loungers (was there out of season, 13th sept). Nice little shallow pool for kids too. Spa was lovely, with multiple temperatures and functions across several areas. Staff always so friendly across the whole hotel. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked with quality food, cocktails delicious by the pool and we had a delicious meal in one evening too. Would highly recommend as was only 10 mins to the airport too. And the bus very easy to get into Palma. Sadly the area around the hotel was too rowdy for us, not what we had expected at all, and the beach so crowded with stag and hen dos enjoying the german themed bars and food.
