Hello Khanh Linh: Not sure what to say about your review for your lack of standards, nitpicking and spite when you could have met and told me directly when I saw you off at check out. - You booked the room at 8am the same day, so it doesn't mean the price is cheap but the service is reduced. - You arrived by motorbike with your boyfriend at 1pm and asked to check in because you were sleepy, but the room was not cleaned yet and was waiting to dry, so we didn't give you the room until 2pm, and the toilet was cleaned (maybe not dry yet). - In the desk drawer there is a plastic bag containing unused personal hygiene items such as: toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap for guests to use, it is not trash. - When you arrived to check in, we also met you. and we are responsible for introducing and promoting to you as well as all visitors to Hoi An about the attractions and entertainment in Hoi An (and we provide these services), using it or not is up to the guests. - Our accommodation is a HOMESTAY, We do not DISAPPEAR because we are the owners and do other jobs as well as serve many other guests. When you need to find out any information, if you cannot meet us, you can call me so I can support you faster (because you are Vietnamese, you and I speak the same language). - When it is almost time for you to check out, we will consider your schedule and ask to arrange a more suitable time for cleaning the rooms in other areas. When you check out, I will also be there to see you off. We have thoroughly informed the housekeeping staff about this. -There is no requirement for early check-out.
