The hotel has a code for access to hall and also the main entrance, they never gave me that code, I was at midnight outside waiting for someone to open me the door of the hotel

Property was lovely, very clean, and safe. It was walking distance to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. Rooms were very clean, well kept, and staff was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Great location and service!

Room smaller than pics seemed to indicate. Felt like we were staying in a bunker, the small window looked at a wall two feet away. Zero view of outside world despite high price relative to comparable hotels. Had to unlock three different doors to get in the room. Nice staff who tried; but the room was just depressing and overpriced.

A nice quiet place to spend a few nights. The staff was quick to adjust the reservation when we got there and easily accommodated me when I could not get on my flight. Helped make the trip great.
