Thank God, I made the right choice. For a relatively affordable price, the cleanliness was good. The service was very friendly. It's within walking distance to Kukup Beach and also close to On The Rock, only 9 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and ample parking for breakfast. The fan's plug was a bit loose, but overall, it was okay, and I slept well.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable place, and located in a coastal tourist area. Just a short walk to the beach, only one of the power outlets was dead, but that's okay... I recommend this hotel.

Starting from the service, cleanliness, to the food around, everything is the best, especially the service, I have never had someone as friendly as this.

It's quite comfortable for a budget staycation overnight at a beach resort. There are plenty of food stalls and souvenir shops nearby, and parking is very adequate.

This time, I got a better room and the cleanliness was better than the first time I stayed here two months ago. This time, I already knew that the standard room was NOT equipped with air conditioning (the hotel facility information on Traveloka was misleading because the description stated that the standard room was equipped with air conditioning, and this has not been corrected to date).

The room did not match the description listed in the application. In the reservation data (see screenshot or first photo) it was listed as equipped with a shower & AC, but it turned out there were no shower facilities and the room was only equipped with a fan (fan) without AC. The condition of the bed was dirty, lots of cobwebs, trash from previous guests such as tissues (even Rp2,000 bills) stuck between the mattress and the bed (see picture #3, such things are clearly visible visually, ignored by the staff/manager even though they were relatively not busy & the hotel was quiet). The linen/bedsheets were not changed (used by previous guests & had cigarette ash marks, and felt like sweat marks if I hadn't requested to be changed); but the hotel staff were quite friendly, helpful, & cooperative. The bathroom was clean, aka well-maintained (equipped with a squat toilet, 1 faucet, and only 1 bucket to collect water).

It's quite close if you want to go to Kukup Beach and Mesra Beach.

The mattress has a lot of dust, so when you lie down, your body itches, you have to clean it first. The bathroom is really clean, it's just that the room isn't clean, under the bed is dirty, the sheets have to be guessed first because there's a lot of dust, the blankets are small and the towels smell musty, luckily bring your own, soap has already been provided but gallons are provided for drinking so you don't have to buy it, it's free make as much coffee as you like because sugar and coffee have been provided. But it's okay, the staff is really friendly, the wifi is okay. So you can still surf the internet. In total, with that much budget, it's okay.

Small room, using a fan + dirty, no facilities, hot, dirty, sorry.

I ordered a superior room with 2 beds, 1 with a cot and only 1 mattress. The rooms are really spacious but it turns out that only fans are available, not AC. Even then the room is on the 3rd floor (top floor) and there is no balcony on that floor, so the atmosphere is a bit horror. The fan looks less maintenance, the TV cannot be used to watch movies from USB, the bathroom is a bit cramped but clean enough. Hotel employees are quite friendly. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach, can be reached by walking 5 minutes.

The rooms are very simple, so is the bathroom. Impressive like living in a boarding house or rented house, but this is one of the best hotels you can find on a sufficient beach, cold air conditioning and spacious rooms.

Actually the inn is just B, but it's not bad for the size near the beach. It's just a shame that the TV doesn't turn on (which is useless), the walls are a bit damp, and the floor is a little less clean.

The room smells stuffy, the mattress is damp, the bolster pillow smells, the room is not soundproof.
