The bathroom was too small, the room smelled musty, there was air freshener but it was empty and not refilled, the towels were stiff and rough on the skin, and none of the TV apps worked. The staff refused to clean the room because it was new.

The location is convenient, however, the toilet doesn't have an exhaust fan or ventilation, so it smells terrible. I forgot to close the toilet door when I got back to the room and the smell permeated the whole place. I hope the hotel will improve this soon. Also, the bedsheets in the room are very old, yellowish-brown, and have many stains.

On the positive side, the staff were very enthusiastic and provided all the necessary information. I was especially grateful that the hotel helped me upgrade to a room with a better window and view without charging extra. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting to dining and entertainment areas. However, the experience in the room wasn't really good. The bathroom lacked ventilation, making it stuffy, hot, and smelly. Regarding room cleanliness, the bed linens and curtains were very dusty. Most concerning was that the trash can from the previous guest hadn't been cleaned, and it still contained leftover food, towels, and even baby diapers, causing a very unpleasant odor. I hope the hotel will improve this hygiene issue soon.

Beautiful, new hotel, giving us a special feeling of rest

The room was very dirty, there was a lot of hair and fake eyelashes from previous guests. The toilet was old, the toilet bowl was moldy, stained green and black. The room smelled of glue.

The bathroom is not clean, there are many stains on the walls, glass, and the wardrobe is not cleaned. The towels and bed sheets are very old, with many yellow stains. The room smells damp, the air conditioner is not cold, the TV signal is weak, and cannot be watched.

Room is a bit small, facilities are old, air conditioning is quite noisy, room price does not quite match the quality!

The space is a bit narrow, but at this price, I can't expect much. The only thing that needs opinion is about room cleaning. I don't know if it was because at first the hotel prepared the wrong room and then had to change the room according to my booking so I didn't have time to prepare it or not. Personally, this hotel is not as good as the review 8.5/10. Central location, convenient to move around the city, however: Lack of receptionist to assist with check-in, room has a bad smell, worn and old towels, sink is higher than normal so it is difficult to use towel. The bed sheets and pillows are also old, with many stains that have not been treated. The air conditioner is noisy, the room is not soundproof. In particular, there is an older doctor assisting in the hotel lobby. He often says the same thing a few times, making guests feel uncomfortable.
